I love this family. The Patel family has grown right in front of my camera. I love seeing my clients growing family and I love documenting their lives in different stages. You probably remember Miss Aneya from her newborn session and her portrait session for her 1^st Birthday; and don’t forget before Miss Aneya her adorable and very caring brother Aarav graced the blog. This session was slightly different as I wanted to get mom and dad alone for some portraits as well  and have more of a candid and relaxed session. I wanted to capture them as a family and just spending time with each other. Your every day with each other is special so why not document those moments so you can cherish them forever. I can’t thank the Patel’s enough for letting me document their day and their love.

It’s always fun to collaborate with talented stylists and photograph their vision for a change. I had the pleasure of working with such a talent, Megan of Megan O'Connor Designs, who also styled the Bohemian Bridal Shoot seen here. Megan wanted to do a fall fashion line inspired shoot and I was beyond thrilled to do this. The approach to photography was slightly different than mine as well as we were going for an old school nostalgic look, but nonetheless a fun assignment. Masyn and AJ were our models and they did a fabulous job as well. Here is what Megan has to say about her inspiration and ideas behind the shoot - "For the kids photo shoot I was inspired by Tia Cibani's children's fashion line at KicoKids.  I wanted the photo shoot to reflect the feeling of nostalgia, innocence, and “the good old days” of childhood. While at the same time portraying the global, quirky, and avant-garde.  Children's fashion has always been on the top of my list in the fashion world, especially European children's fashion, so I tried to bring my love for vintage French fashion to the shoot buy combining vintage pieces with the more modern, playful, and eclectic."

Few months ago ( I can't believe its been months) I did a Beach styled shoot with my beautiful model Michelle. I also did a portrait session with her before that to get inspired, get acquainted and just to have fun. I am so happy how these turned out and I am even more happy to share these with you. Michelle you look absolutely beautiful and I had so much fun. Michelle's makeup was done by the talented Tammy Son of Tammy Son Makeup and Artistry. Here are the images from that day.
